How to request a refund

Refunds for Wicked Premium are handled by Apple.

Request a Refund

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your Wicked purchase
  4. Tap "Report a Problem"
  5. Select your reason and submit

Apple typically responds within 48 hours.
