App keeps crashing

Sorry you're experiencing crashes! Here's how to fix it:

Quick Fixes

  1. Force close the app - Swipe up from the bottom and swipe away Wicked
  2. Restart your phone - Turn it off and on again
  3. Update Wicked - Check the App Store for updates
  4. Update iOS - Make sure you're on the latest iOS version

If Crashes Continue

  1. Delete and reinstall Wicked (your data is backed up!)
  2. Sign back in to restore your collection

Report the Issue

  • Your iPhone model
  • iOS version
  • What you were doing when it crashed
