Designs not syncing across devices

If your nail designs aren't syncing between devices:

Check the Basics

  • Make sure you're signed in on both devices
  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure you're using the same account

Force Sync

  1. Go to Settings in Wicked
  2. Tap Sync Now
  3. Wait for sync to complete

Still Not Working?

  • Sign out and sign back in
  • Make sure both devices have the latest version of Wicked
  • Contact support@wickednailapp.com if the issue persists
